Something not working, or a question the manual doesn't answer? Send an email.
It helps to include:
- what you were doing, and what happened instead;
- the app's version, from Settings → About RoadtripRadar;
- your iPhone model and iOS version.
Please don't send places or coordinates you'd rather keep private. A description is usually enough.
Common questions
The radar doesn't alert me
Check the Radar tab first. It warns when notifications or location are off, and has a button to open the right page in the Settings app. The radar also needs to be started before the drive, and it stops if iOS closes the app.
Alerts come too early or too late
If the Radar tab says Precise Location is off, turn it on for RoadtripRadar in the Settings app. Without it, your position can be a kilometre or more out.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. See the privacy policy for what is deleted.
